Rev. Dr. Vilma Chesney holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language, a Bachelor of Philosophy, a Master of Education Counseling, a Master of Metaphysics, and a Doctorate of Metaphysics. She founded and opened her church, 'The Divine Unlimited Sanctuary of God', in Brooklyn, New York, in 2001.
